Promote the lab's diagnostic testing services to physicians and clinics, building referral relationships and driving test volume growth.

Lead result validation and clinical sign-off for molecular biology and genetic testing, overseeing test interpretation and mentoring junior staff across complex and specialized assays.

Manage the lab's IT infrastructure and Laboratory Information System (LIS), ensuring reliable connectivity between instruments, systems, and reporting platforms.

Review and interpret laboratory results across biochemistry and immunology testing, providing clinical correlation and sign-off to ensure diagnostic accuracy

Manage day-to-day financial transactions and reporting for the lab, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Coordinate sample logistics and supply chain operations across the lab's collection points and branches, ensuring smooth and timely movement of samples and materials. Dealing with MOH, domestics and international couriers, and handling all PR related tasks.
